During our testing, we rated the Luxury Plush side 7 and the Gentle Firm side 8 on the mattress firmness scale. Overall, the Zenhaven is a medium-firm to firm mattress that has a responsive and bouncy foam feel.
We recommend the Luxury Plush side of the mattress for side and back combination sleepers. It provides decent pressure relief as well as adequate support for spinal alignment. However, we would not recommend the Zenhaven to strict side sleepers who need extra cushioning and deeper pressure relief.
