The Refresh mattress is an award winning mattress from Natural Form that offers adjustable firmness levels. It can cater to all sleeper types – stomach, back, side, or combination because of its adjustable firmness. The mattress offers great motion isolation and feels soft to the touch. We found that couples with similar sleeping styles will find the Refresh Olympic queen mattress comfortable and practical.
Firmness
The firmness level of the Refresh mattress varies from between 5-8 on the mattress firmness scale, depending on how it is adjusted. The Refresh mattress feels more supportive compared to Natural Form’s other mattresses.
We found that strict stomach sleepers might find the Refresh mattress a bit too soft compared to what they are accustomed to. Strict stomach sleepers shall ideally not opt for soft mattresses as they can cause the midsection to sink into the mattress, resulting in back pain. Strict stomach sleepers might find firmer mattresses like Amerisleep’s AS2 way more comfortable for their sleeping position.

We found the Plank mattress to be more suitable for stomach and back sleepers as it offers a firmer surface for better spinal alignment. We do not recommend the mattress to strict side sleepers or to those who weigh above 250 lbs.
Firmness
The Plank mattress uses a minimalist approach and offers two firmness levels on both sides. It is a flippable mattress with an ultra-firm sleeping surface on one side and a medium-firm surface on the other. Firmness
The Chill’s firmness level depends on how tall a mattress you choose from the many different options that Brooklyn Bedding offers.
