If you’re taller and closer to 7 feet, a Texas King mattress is going to be perfect for you. It will give you much more space than what you would get on a King or California King bed.

Texas King Beds are also great for parents who co-sleep with their children. If you can fit one small child in a King size bed, you can fit two in a Texas King. But if you have more than two children, we would recommend getting a bigger size such as Vermont King or Alaskan King.

They are 5 inches longer than twin mattresses and they are designed to provide extra legroom for tall sleepers. It has the exact same width though which means it can also only accommodate a single person.

Full
A full mattress, also known as a double bed, measures 54″ x 75″.
To put it simply, a full-size mattress is an excellent option for single adults who are looking for a spacious yet reasonably-priced mattress. It’s also not too big that it won’t fit in regular bedrooms.
Its main downside is its length which might not be good enough for taller individuals. In that case, you should opt for a longer mattress such as a Queen-size mattress.
Queen
