Our experience with Jennifer Adams Egyptian Cotton sheets
Butter. It feels as though I am lying on a bed of cool, buttery soft sheets. These are, by far, the softest sheets I’ve ever laid on outside of a 5-star hotel – and believe me when I say I’ve lain on many.
The Jennifer Adams 600TC Egyptian Cotton sheet set includes a fitted sheet that features a continuous elastic hem, 1 flat sheet and 2 pillow cases. The fitted sheet also features deep pockets, which means no matter how thick your mattress may be – like the whopping 15-inch Nolah Evolution in the King Bed size – the sheet can still go all around it (the fitted sheet actually fits mattresses up to 17 inches).
Made from pure, 100% Egyptian cotton that’s handcrafted in a family-owned mill in southern India, the single-ply cotton fabric features a 600 thread count that gives the sheets that ultra soft, ultra luxurious feel that can only be found in hotels with 5 stars.
But does thread count still even matter when almost every bedding brand these days slaps on a bajillion thread count on their sheet sets for the price of a New York City cocktail? Yes and no. Thread count only matters when it comes to single-ply 100% cotton sheets which the Jennifer Adams Egyptian Cotton sheets are made of. Not double-ply, not cotton blends. Capisce?
Of course, the same fabric is used for the Egyptian Cotton flat sheet and the pillow cases, giving you that full hotel bed experience wherever you may toss and turn (and by toss I don’t mean the sleepless kind).
Going with the hotel bed theme, the Egyptian Cotton sheet sets only come in muted, neutral colors. I honestly would have wanted a different color selection – some pastels perhaps?
Another gripe is that their sheet set does not include duvet covers but if you really want one from Jennifer Adams they do sell them separately.
My own personal (pointless) quibbles aside, I found the OEKO-TEX certified sheets to be cooling and moisture-wicking – similar to Nest Bedding sheets – which is crucial for someone like me who lives in a place where it’s warmer than cooler most of the year.
One more thing we like: the packaging. Every sheet set comes in a cotton drawstring bag made from scrap fabrics from the manufacturing of their sheets. Sustainable and environmentally-friendly packaging is something I am totally behind 1000%.

The Jennifer Adams Home Lux Sheet set may be more affordable than the Egyptian Cotton sheet set but if you want a budget option similar to brands like Boll & Branch that still gives you higher quality bedding, than this sheet set is for you.
Offering the same softness as Jennifer Adams’ more high-end offerings, the Lux Collection sheet set includes a fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet and 4 pillow cases, same as the Eternal Sheet sets.
Made from enzyme-washed, double-brushed microfiber blend, the material used in the Lux sheet set is super soft and immediately cool to the touch. This is because microfiber (yep, that microfiber) is incredibly moisture-wicking and can even help regulate your body temperature as you sleep! That means you stay cool when it’s hot and stay warm when it’s cold – perfect for those who live in a place that experiences all four seasons.
Just like most of their fitted sheets, the Lux Collection fitted sheet features tailored hems and stitching as well as deep pockets that fits mattresses measuring up to 16 inches in thickness.
Here’s a fun fact about sheets and blankets made from microfiber – they are pretty much wrinkle resistant. Unlike 100% cotton sheets, microfiber sheets are the only sheets that stay smooth, crisp and flat, even without any ironing. I, personally, do not mind the effortlessly lived-in look of wrinkly cotton sheets but I know some of you hate it with a passion and if you are one of them then this sheet set is for you.
The Lux Collection sheet set is OEKO-TEX certified as well as Made in Green and BCI-certified making it one of the cleanest and safest sheets to be sleeping on. This also makes it a good option for those who suffer from chronic allergies.
Once again, my only gripe is that the Lux Collection sheet set only comes in neutral colors and only 4 ones at that. But, it does come in most US standard mattress sizes, including a Split King.
If you want luxury on a budget, then this sheet set is definitely for you.
