While this is not a strict requirement, you’ll find that it usually takes one month for your body to get used to the mattress and for the mattress to conform to your body.

There are two ways to initiate a return process for your Ikea mattress and it depends on whether you purchased it in-store or online.
If you purchased your mattress in-store, go to your local Ikea store and make your way to the Exchanges and Returns desk. Once there, sign up and join the queue. Ikea staff will then assist you and walk you through the entire process.

Exclusions
The company’s mattress return policy has three core exclusions.
First, Ikea will not accept a returned mattress that is dirty, marked, or damaged.
And second, the return policy does not apply to bed bases, bed slats, or mattress toppers and last but not the least, Ikea will not accept mattresses that do not have their mattress law tags attached.
Which IKEA products can be returned
All Ikea products can be returned except for plants, cut fabrics, custom countertops, and dirty or damaged items.
While Ikea mattresses come with a 90-day return period, other products have a 365-day return period as long as they are unopened. Meanwhile, products that have already been opened and used may be returned within 180 days.

How long does the IKEA mattress warranty last?
Most Ikea mattresses are backed by a 10-year limited warranty that covers material and workmanship defects.

But there are two conditions that you have to meet to do so.
