When a mattress brand has no showrooms of its own, where can we buy its products and, perhaps equally importantly, where can we go to try them? Here’s a list of all the physical stores that display Helix mattresses and all places (online and offline) where you can buy a Helix mattress.

Most of the typical go-to places don’t offer this brand. You won’t find a Helix mattress in Mattress Firm, Macy’s, Costco, or on Amazon.
There are also many states in which Helix still has no showroom partners and therefore has zero presence in any physical stores.
This means that you can buy Helix solely online in Nevada, South Dakota, Wyoming, New Mexico, Alabama, Mississippi, and several other states.

Helix Sleep online store is the most obvious place to look first.
However, online shopping in general (but especially for mattresses) makes you take the leap of faith and just hope that the thing you receive is going to be the one you like.
To try and help with this issue at least a bit, Helix made a sleep quiz to help you decide which mattress is most likely to suit you. This is the most detailed sleep quiz I’ve taken so far. They consider all the important factors – the number of sleepers, age, height, weight, sleep position, personal preferences of each sleeper, and more. Then they recommend a mattress for you.
If you only want to know where you can test Helix mattresses yourself, Helix has a map with all the stores from their partners.
One note, though.
The map only shows the showroom partners but doesn’t list Raymour and Flanigan where although you can’t try it out, you can still purchase a Helix mattress.
CB2
CB2 has about 20 locations throughout the US. It’s a furniture store that allows you to buy Helix both online and in their physical stores.
They have showrooms in 12 states and you can visit them to view and test the Helix mattresses.
Mancini’s Sleepworld
Northern California residents, check out Mancini’s Sleepworld.
With close to 50 locations, they are one of the best sleep stores you can find nearby. They specialize in mattresses and bedroom furniture.
Big Sandy Superstore
Big Sandy has lots of locations that carry Helix. Most of them are in Ohio, and a few are in West Virginia and Kentucky.
Big Sandy doesn’t only specialize in sleep products and furniture but also sells appliances and electronics.
Coconis Furniture
You can find Helix in four Coconis locations in Ohio.
While you’re there, you can also shop for literally anything you might need to furnish your home – the choice over there is huge.
Bed Valley Mattress
Bed Valley Mattress is a Georgia-based mattress store chain.
They offer Helix in four locations in Georgia. Bed Valley Mattress sells several bed-in-a-box brands, adjustable bases, and sleep accessories.
Brooklyn Bedding
Brooklyn Bedding has Helix mattresses in their Arizona showrooms – and they have almost 20 showrooms there.
Galleria Furniture & Mattress Outlet
The Helix map of showroom partners shows Galleria Furniture in six locations in Oklahoma, but I haven’t been able to find Helix mattresses on the website.
Maybe it’s safest to call the particular store you’re planning to visit before going there.
TrueSleep Mattress Store
TrueSleep Mattress has one location in Ohio and several stores in Michigan.
If you’re from there, you can try out a Helix mattress in-person.
Raymour and Flanigan
They offer Helix mattresses in their online catalog, but you can’t find them in the showrooms.
You can purchase a Helix mattress in person in one of the showrooms, though. The sales rep will order the mattress for you and you can go home and wait for it to arrive.
Raymour and Flanigan have locations in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Delaware, and Connecticut.

Yes, you can initiate your request on the Helix website after you’ve used the mattress for 30 days. You’ll need to provide the order number and a reason for the return. After that, the process is usually very fast – you get approved, the pickup partner contacts you, and schedules a pickup after which you get a receipt. Send the receipt to Helix and they issue a refund.
Helix Sleep was founded and is owned by three people who met at the university; Jerry Lin, Kristian von Rickenbach, and Adam Tishman in 2015.
Helix Sleep is headquartered at 1123 Broadway, New York. However, their mattresses are made in Phoenix, Arizona.
Common Helix complaints are about slow shipping, customer service, return policy issues, sagging, unsupportiveness, and warranty issues. Luckily, Helix mattresses don’t contain fiberglass and, obviously, there are no complaints about that.
