People who are lightweight might find this mattress a bit too firm for their preference. Strict side sleepers need softer mattresses to get the relief they need. Therefore, strict side sleepers won’t feel too comfortable sleeping on this firm mattress.
We found that sleeping on a bed that features a blend of memory foam and latex gives a similar feel like that of an innerspring mattress. Having said that, because of its quick response rate, we felt a bit more motion transfer when sleeping. The motion isolation is pretty average but maybe not enough for the lightest of sleepers.
