It should come as no surprise that HEAROS is one of the top earplugs for sleep. The company has a solid track record in the ear protection field for over 25 years now.
HEAROS uses a proprietary mix of polyurethane foam that is both easy to insert and also super soft. This soft foam is an essential feature of these earplugs because if they are not comfortable they will ruin the users sleep.
Out of all of the earplugs we tested, these will stay in your ears the best. This is a very important attribute if you are a light sleeper.
Their noise reduction rating is sky high. They have an NRR of 32-33 dB (decibels), depending on the model you purchase. This will easily block out snoring and even loud city sirens.
